Thomas Vitiello – Founder:
- 49 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Estimating and bid document submission, for Order of Magnitude budgets, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Construction Management Cost Plus, and Design/Build projects. Experienced in contract negotiations, through the final negotiation to project closing.
- Project set-up includes construction schedule (Microsoft Project), pre-construction tasks, permitting, logistics, safety, and community relations.
- Daily project management, field supervision, equipment, tools, update the construction project schedule, project budget, coordination of trades, project communication, OSHA safety, as well as maintaining community relations.
- Contract administration, change order estimating, quality control including project closeout, owner training, for warranty & as-bilt documentation.
- Project invoicing, receivables, payables, job costing, bonding, and corporate cash flow responsibilities.
- I am constantly working on new project development/sales and identifying potential clients while enhancing our current client base. My ability to identify the client’s needs and articulate our company services has proven invaluable in securing new project contracts. I am responsible for producing cost estimates for potential projects including order of magnitude and design build proposals.
